Prize: 33,000 x £1 off a Lavazza product Item Vouchers, redeemable exclusively at Sainsbury’s. Prizes are awarded to the first 33,000 eligible entrants on a strictly first-come, first-served basis.

Promotional Period: 00:01 on 20/06/2026 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 on 18/07/2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive, or until the prize pool of 33,000 Item Vouchers is exhausted, whichever occurs first.

Item Voucher Activation Window: Item Voucher link valid for 7 days from the date the prize email is issued. Once activated at the till, the Item Voucher must be redeemed within 60 minutes.

How to Enter: Free to enter. No purchase necessary. Scan the QR code displayed on a Lavazza paper cup at Wimbledon, visit lavazza.emc3engage.co.uk, and submit your name and email address to claim your prize, subject to availability.

Terms & Conditions

The Promoter

  • The Promoter is Müller UK & Ireland Group LLP (“the Promoter”).
  • This promotion is administered in conjunction with EMC3 Reality Limited (“EMC3”), a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 08491174, whose registered office is at Lombard House, Cross Keys, Lichfield, WS13 6DN; and Savi, the Item Voucher fulfilment partner responsible for the issuance, activation and redemption tracking of promotional Item Vouchers.
  • This promotion relates to a range of Lavazza-branded products manufactured and supplied by the Promoter under a co-licence agreement with Lavazza.

Eligibility

The promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, except:

  • employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
  • employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies who are professionally connected with this promotion or its administration; or
  • members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

The Promotion

  • The title of this promotion is Lavazza at Wimbledon.
  • The Promotional Period will open at 00:01 on 20/06/2026 (the “Opening Date”) and close at 23:59 on 18/07/2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive, or until the total prize pool of 33,000 Item Vouchers has been claimed in full, whichever occurs first.
  • QR codes will be displayed on Lavazza-branded paper cups distributed to consumers at Wimbledon during the Promotional Period.
  • Entry to this promotion is free. No purchase is necessary to participate. Internet access is required to enter.
  • Prizes are awarded strictly on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 33,000 eligible entrants who successfully complete the entry journey set out below. There is no random draw, instant win mechanic or daily allocation; once a Item Voucher has been claimed by an entrant it is no longer available to others.
  • Once all 33,000 Item Vouchers have been claimed, the promotion will close immediately, even if this occurs before the Closing Date. Entrants attempting to claim a prize after the prize pool has been exhausted will see an on-screen message confirming that all Item Vouchers have already been claimed by other customers.
  • One prize is permitted per person for the duration of the Promotional Period.

How to Enter

To enter the promotion, participants must:

  • Scan the QR code displayed on a Lavazza paper cup at Wimbledon;
  • Visit lavazza.emc3engage.co.uk via the QR link;
  • Accept the relevant Cookies Policy and these Terms and Conditions;
  • Enter their name and email address on the claim page;
  • Submit their details to claim their prize, subject to availability. If the prize pool of 33,000 Item Vouchers has already been exhausted at the time of submission, the entrant will be shown an on-screen message confirming that all Item Vouchers have already been claimed by other customers, and no prize will be issued;
  • Successful entrants will receive a confirmation email containing their unique Item Voucher claim link.

The Prize

  • The following prize is available: £1.00 off a Lavazza product. A total of 33,000 prizes are available.
  • The Item Vouchers will be subject to the following terms:
    • Once activated, the Item Vouchers can be redeemed in-store only at Sainsbury’s. Item Vouchers cannot be redeemed online.
    • Only one Item Voucher can be used per order.
    • Item Vouchers must be activated within 7 days of receipt.
    • Item Vouchers must be redeemed within one hour of activation and must be used against the qualifying Lavazza product. In the event that the qualifying product is sold out, winners will be able to redeem the Item Voucher against any other Lavazza product up to the equivalent value of the original Item Voucher.
    • Item Vouchers are issued and valued in GBP (£).
    • The risk of loss and title for the Item Vouchers shall pass to the recipient upon electronic transmission to the winner. Neither the Promoter nor Savi UK shall be responsible for any lost, stolen, destroyed or unauthorised use of any Item Vouchers.

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
  • Whilst the Promoter will make every effort to honour the advertised prizes (in whole or in part), the Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any prize with an alternative of similar value (in whole or in part).
  • Prizes are awarded subject to availability. The Promoter accepts no liability where the prize pool has been exhausted prior to an entrant’s attempt to claim.

Prize Delivery & Redemption

  • Successful entrants are notified immediately that their prize has been secured, subject to availability at the point of submission.
  • A prize email containing a unique Item Voucher claim link will be sent to the email address provided. The claim link is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
  • Entrants must follow the link in the prize email to activate their Item Voucher. Once activated at the till, the Item Voucher must be redeemed within 60 minutes at a participating Sainsbury’s store when purchasing the qualifying Lavazza product.
  • The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of any prize email caused by the provision of incorrect or incomplete contact details by the entrant.
  • Item Vouchers that are not activated within 7 days of issue, or not redeemed within 60 minutes of activation, will expire and cannot be reissued.

Data Protection

  • EMC3 Reality Ltd (“EMC3”) will collect and process entrants’ name and email address for the sole purpose of delivering the promotional Item Voucher via Savi.
  • All personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at [MÜLLER PRIVACY POLICY URL TBC].
  • In accordance with current guidelines, if you are a winner, the Promoter may publish or make available on request information confirming that an award took place, including your name and county. You have the right to object or to ask for less information to be made available. Limitation of Liability

  • Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate entrants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of participation in this promotion or taking up any prize, except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
  • The Promoter takes no responsibility for any technical failures, interruptions or errors in the operation of the microsite, QR codes, claim journey, prize email delivery, or Savi Item Voucher system that are beyond its reasonable control.
  • The Promoter accepts no liability for any disappointment experienced by entrants who attempt to claim a prize after the 33,000 Item Voucher allocation has been exhausted.

General

  • By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter.
  • Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.
  • If the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or that efforts have been made to distort or undermine the fairness of this promotion (including but not limited to automated or bulk claim attempts), the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, exclude any entrant from participating and void any prize claimed.
  • Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Entries via automated means, macros, bots or third parties, or entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full, will be disqualified.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend this promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
  • The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • This promotion is exclusively available at Wimbledon (QR scan) with prizes redeemable at Sainsbury’s only. It is not available through any other event, channel or retailer.
  • This promotion has no official affiliation with the All England Lawn Tennis Club, The Championships, Wimbledon, or any associated governing body beyond the commercial arrangements held by the Promoter.
  • If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision.
  • These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
